Brief:to provide the solid wood (CLT) structure including the “shop drawing” design the complex.

Scope: Client representation, site selection, feasibility analysis, finance arrangement, acquisition, due diligence, earthquake strengthening management, code of compliance, add value planning, marketing analysis, architectural design, lease management

Outcome:Guardian achieved this work within only 2 days of interruption to trading over a 4-month upgrade program. Quotes for the structural upgrade were over $790,000 plus GST and Guardianmanaged to reduce that to $390,000 plus GST for the structural upgrade and $90,000 for Fire Compliance.

Financial, Value: The building value will increase from $800,000 to $1,600,000 as a result of our integrated approach.
