Outcome: the tenant didn’t end up taking the space so the guardian provided a redevelopment plan to the purchaser including design details to provide an income stream across multiple tenants. We also proposed the repurposing of the building for affordable housing.to increase the market worth as we felt that a location 6 minutes from either Takapuna orWairau Park would be attractive for a mixed-use neighbourhood.
