Notes:We found and arranged the acquisition of Capiche House Dixon St for the same reason Pynenberg Collins was leasing the top floor of the Building (pictured) as their Wellington Headquarters. It had a number of superb features such as raking ceilings, timber floors, natural light (through both skylights and south windows), and an exposed roof structure and brick walls in some tenancies with split floors on the ground so made for an ideal space for design based companies where aesthetic appeal is critical. Clearly the Wellington City council agreed changing the urban landscape of Te Aro through the Pōneke Promise, making it a safer, more vibrant, welcoming place to be (refer image – right above).
