    Clients & Tenants: Wrightsons and Robert Harris. Quest was a client for another proposed development we managed in Wellington.

    Notes: office demand was declining, and tourism demand remained strong which created an arbitrage situation for clients willing to convert existing buildings, the price of a new building in such a central location was unable to stack up based on prevailing room rates at the time.
