2006 to 2009: Guardian facilitated ad arranged the NZD 11 Million acquisition and development of the Bodyworks Fitness Centres & PRO-Fitness gym chains, to promote improved health and wellbeing in a diverse range of New Zealand communities, Nationwide, and to combat the “growing” obesity problem faced by our Country.. – Advised on and arranged the acquisition of two new Fitness Centres and managed the development of a new Fitness Centre from inception. – – Restructured to increase sales from NZD 3 Million to NZD 10 Million, to become New Zealand’s 2nd most profitable Fitness Network. Systematized the group, culminating in a newly optimized brand, winning ‘Best NZ Fitness Centre’.
