Scope:end-to-end, design to delivery solutions to represent the client’s investment interests including site sourcing, feasibility analysis, acquisition, financing advisory, development budget, planning guidance, master planning, building and landscape architecture, and value engineering to make the project cost-effective on a hill site, supplier procurement, obtaining consents for phase 1, subdivision management. Currently, planning, designing, budgeting, and procuring for phase 2.

Outcome: phase 1 subdivided lots 1-5 from lot 16 and sold 4 out 5 initial residential sections 1 retained (plus original lot 16) by the developer.  Currently developing master plan for 55 plus housing on the
